Deep in the desert racing trenches of Baja California, Francisco Ibarra Hernandez has forged his reputation as a formidable competitor in the grueling world of SCORE International competition. Racing out of the sport's spiritual home of Ensenada, Ibarra Hernandez brings intimate knowledge of the demanding Baja Peninsula terrain that has challenged racers for over five decades.

His racing career has unfolded against the backdrop of some of motorsport's most legendary events, including the iconic SCORE Baja 500 that has called Ensenada home for 45 of its 50 editions. Ibarra Hernandez has witnessed firsthand the evolution of desert racing from its early days to the current era of high-tech, 950-horsepower Trophy Trucks and sophisticated navigation systems.

The Mexican racer represents the strong contingent of local talent that has consistently challenged international competitors on their home turf.
